Setup and Deliveries
We take care of you from the beginning to the very end of your purchase. We will deliver your items within a few days to the place of your preference and we can also set it up for you exactly where you want it and don’t worry we won’t leave a mess behind we will remove and dispose of all packing materials. All you have to do after your purchase with us is Enjoy.



Delivery Terms
We deliver Monday-Saturday, with after-hour delivery times available.  Someone must be home during the agreed upon delivery time frame.  If no one is present at the scheduled delivery time you will be subject to a re-delivery fee, which must be paid before the second delivery will be attempted. The buyer is responsible for re-delivery fees. Delivery/Assembly fees are non-refundable. If an order is canceled because the buyer does not want to pay a re-delivery fee after a missed delivery, a refund will be issued minus the initial delivery fee and a 25% re-stocking fee. 



If the delivery address differs from the billing address, a valid form of ID matching the name on the order must be presented to the delivery driver.  If an ID is not presented, items WILL NOT BE DELIVERED and the customer will then be responsible for a re-delivery fee that must be paid before another delivery is scheduled.  All customers are responsible for signing Rooms by Les “Proof of Delivery” form at the time of delivery.

Please make sure any old furniture has been removed prior to your delivery.  The driver will not move existing items in your home.

If the assembly is paid for and you would like the delivery service to remove any packaging (boxes, plastic wrap etc.) associated with your items, please be aware that returns or exchanges cannot be done if the original packaging is not present, making that sale final.
