We understand that ordering furniture online can be intimidating. That’s why we offer our 48-Hour, Hassle-Free Return Policy! If you order an item, get it home and decide it’s not what you had expected, we will issue a refund (minus a 15% restocking fee and delivery and/or assembly charges if applicable). The customer is responsible for returning furniture to our distribution center within 48 hours of purchase. All returned items must be damage-free! Please schedule an appointment prior to making a return.

**If you’re unable to return the product yourself you may schedule a pick-up for the return. However, you will be responsible for the pickup fee which will be the same amount as the delivery fee. **


If you are wanting an exchange, we will be more than happy to do so! The customer is responsible for any re-delivery / assembly fees if requesting a delivery or assembly, and will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Important Note: Please save the manufacturers packaging for 48 hours after your delivery in case you decide to return an item(s). If an item is returned the original packaging must be returned along with the product. We are unable to accept returns without the manufacturer’s original packaging. No exceptions will be made.

Damage and Defective Items:

If an item is damaged or defective, it must be reported to us within 48 hours or less after delivery. Please check your furniture as soon as possible after the delivery for any defects or damage.

Original Packaging must be present in order for Rooms by Les to replace any defective or damaged items. No exceptions will be made.
