Item Availability

Before placing your order, please contact us to check stock on the items you’re interested in purchasing. Most items found on our site are kept in stock locally. However, on occasion items may be back-ordered and can take anywhere from one to six weeks to arrive.

In-stock items are typically delivered within 48 hours of purchase (during regular business days Monday-Saturday)

If an item is back-ordered you may wait until it arrives, substitute a different similar item, or cancel the order and receive a full refund. On special order items, the order may not be canceled. If an item is discontinued, you may substitute for a similar item or cancel the order and receive a full refund.




If you are wanting an exchange, we will be more than happy to do so! The customer is responsible for any re-delivery / assembly fees if requesting a delivery or assembly, and will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Important Note: Please save the manufacturers packaging for 48 hours after your delivery in case you decide to return an item(s). If an item is returned the original packaging must be returned along with the product. We are unable to accept returns without the manufacturers original packaging. No exceptions will be made.

* Mattresses & Foundations are not eligible for refunds/exchanges. No Exceptions. *

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is damaged or defective, it must be reported to us within 48 hours or less after delivery. Please check your furniture as soon as possible after the delivery of any defects or damage.

Original Packaging must be present in order for Rooms by Les to replace any defective or damaged items. No exceptions will be made.

Exchanges, Refunds, & Cancellations

We understand that ordering furniture online can be intimidating. That’s why we offer our 48-Hour, Hassle-Free Return Policy! If you order an item, get it home and decide it’s not what you had expected, we will issue a refund (minus a 15% re-stocking fee and delivery and/or assembly charges if applicable). The customer is responsible for returning furniture to our distribution center within 48 hours of purchase. All returned items must be damage-free! Please schedule an appointment prior to making a return.

**If you’re unable to return the product yourself you may schedule a pick up for the return. However, you will be responsible for the pickup fee which will be the same amount as the delivery fee.**

We offer a few different forms of payment. You can check out with either a Debit or Credit Card (the name on the card MUST match whoever will be receiving or picking-up the order) or check out via your PayPal account!
